Authorized, in store

Repaired here, not shipped away.

Your Mac is repaired in our store by Apple Certified Technicians, using genuine Apple parts. Some problems can be fixed on the spot; others need your Mac to stay with us for more thorough diagnostics and repair.

Because we’re authorized, repairs covered by the Apple Limited Warranty or AppleCare can be done right here. Out of warranty? We repair that too. Check your coverage at checkcoverage.apple.com.

Before you come in

Protect your files first.

  • Back up your Mac if it still works. See Mac backup help
  • Know your Mac login password and your Apple Account password
  • Bring the charger if it has a power or charging problem

More tips: get your device ready for repair.

Worth fixing?

Repair it, or replace it.

We test your Mac with Apple diagnostics and tell you what it costs before any work starts. If the estimate makes a new Mac the better choice, see repair or replace.

We’re also an Apple Authorized Premier Reseller, so you can buy a new Mac from the same people who fix them.

Loaners

Need to keep working?

Loaners are available on eligible repairs while units last.

FAQ

Questions we hear a lot

More answers on our FAQ page.

Do I need an appointment?

No. Walk in to either store, no appointment needed. Or call ahead and we will be ready for you.

How long will my repair take?

It depends on the repair. We tell you when we give you the estimate. Quick fixes happen while you wait; bigger jobs stay on the bench.

Will I lose my data during a repair?

Back up first, if your device still works. A current backup is the best way to protect your files during any repair. See our backup guide.

Is my Mac still getting macOS updates?

Check Apple menu, System Settings, General, Software Update. If you’re not sure what you see, bring it in and we’ll tell you.
